Cheese and Apple Quesadillas

Take 1 tortilla wrap, grate 40 grams of cheddar cheese (mild/medium/mature) whatever your preference, peel, core and grate half an apple.
Place a frying pan on a medium heat and place wrap in the pan for 1 minute, add the cheese to half the wrap and place the grated apple on top, fold over the wrap and heat for 2-3 minutes each side (or longer) so the cheese melts and the wrap is crispy.
A lovely tasty snack or light lunch, and can be enjoyed by all ages.
