How to make a chalkboard

I saw this advertised, its a great way for kids to have fun

One idea was to use a large piece of MDF wood and put it up on fence panels in the gardens. Rather than just seeing a blank fence panel think of the kids art work on display instead, even better, it can be changed everyday!
